Beauregard
Shandalar is full American blood Basset Hound. She is full sister to Tayri and out of the Dixieland Kennel of Georgia. Her personality is very lovable and a cuddle bug, willing to be on your lap all evening. She is not overly curious and will be a few steps behind the others. Her curiosity does not get her in trouble. She has a wonderful sense of smell and does well tracking. Our old girl, Lucy, has taught her how to hunt snakes and rabbits.
Tayri means "love" in the Berber language. Tayri is full American blood Basset Hound. She is full sister to Shandalar and out of the Dixieland Kennel of Georgia. Her personality is opposite of Shandalar. She is VERY forward and curious. She must have her nose in everything. She must be the first in line for food, in your lap for cuddles, or investigating something new. Tayri is very athletic for a Basset Hound. She is a fast runner and able to climb 3 1/2 foot fences.
Beauregard is half American blood and half European blood Basset Hound. He is from the Circle H Kennel in Oklahoma, with bloodlines from the Stonewall Farm Bassets in Missouri. Beauregard is sassy, defiant and very bossy. He is the dominate dog and will talk back to you if he don't agree with you. He is the typical Basset Hound, bull headed, sassy and always wants things his way. He loves to cuddle, but gets too warm and gets off your lap in about 20 minutes.
